Most guys that write to me want to learn how to become an alpha male. You know who I’m talking about here. The man that commands attention everywhere he goes. The guy that is always the focus of the whole room. The one that every woman lusts after.
Some guys just behave like jerks to other people to demonstrate “social status. “ They take every event as opportunity to impress others with how “alpha” they are.
These guys are not doing the things you want to do to be an alpha male.

The real alpha males are rock-solid and have nothing to prove. They do not have to because they know deep down what their life is about. They adhere to their own beliefs and don’t put much weight on whether others think of them as “alpha. “
In order to become an alpha male, you need to check your ego at the door and just do your own thing. Quit doing all that stupid stuff to try and show off to others. Real alpha males do not need to prove anything to anybody but themselves.
Now for the advice you can actually apply.
Begin by taking initiative in what you do. Stop passively waiting for others to decide things, just make decision for them. Even if the decision isn’t very major. Just decide on something–anything. A lot of people just do not like making decisions for other people and wait for someone else to do it. An added upside is that you never again have to have one of those “I don’t really care, what would you like?” conversations. Taking charge of a situation is easy, and most people will just simply fall in line behind you.
Start thinking about what your passions in life are. What are your life goals? Who or what are you becoming? Alpha males have sturdy values. Defend your values is someone tries to put you down them. But do not be too eager to get into a fight or get into a confrontation. Assume that you can solve things through a civilized conversation, but don’t be afraid to defend yourself if someone tries to take it there. Once you grasp this, confidence and alpha male behaviors will simply naturally flow from you. There is no reason to feel awkward and rigid when you know what you value most in life.
So stop trying so hard to be “alpha. Once you start following your own code of values, everything else will automatically resolve itself. Real alpha guys are not concerned with appearances and you should not be either.

Advice To Help People To Have A Successful First Date

In this article I give free tips and advice to help people to have a successful first date. I trust that the above advice will work well for you in the same way that it has for me.
Before I continue I would just like to make it clear that I do not work in the “relationship industry”; I am in fact a speech coach who offers a stop stuttering course. I myself suffered with a terrible stammering (some people call it stuttering) problem for eighteen years of my life. Many people fully admit that going on a first date can be a very nerve-wracking problem; it certainly was for me. We all know that they can take a rather long time to choose what clothes to wear and even whether they are going to turn at all.
The location of the first date
This is my idea of a possible location for a first date. When I take out a woman for the first time I normally take her for a couple of drinks first at a bar. After about an hour I would then if she didn’t mind of course, take her to watch a film at the cinema. After the film I would then take her for a couple of more drinks.
There is a reason for this madness! Firstly it is not really appropriate to go straight to the cinema without a bit of conversation first. If after a short while you start to run out of things to say you can then head off to the cinema and that lovely popcorn. During the film you will have plenty of time to think of lots more interesting topics to discuss and even if you are unable to you, you can always talk about the film when you return to the bar.
If on the second date, that is if you get that far, you start running out of things to talk about, you can always mention how great or bad the film was you watched together.
I personally make a real effort to ask questions about the person I am dating rather than attempting to talk about myself - call me nosey if you want but it is something that has worked well for me in the past. Show a big interest in what they have to say even if you are finding it boring. Laugh at their jokes even if they are not funny, you get the idea!
Be honest
When talking about yourself it is a good idea to tell the truth, that is if you want the relationship to last. As time goes by your partner will find out a lot more about you and if they realise that you have lied, they may then find it hard to believe and trust you in the future. What is a relationship without trust? Answer, dead.
Always smile
There is nothing worse than going on a date with a person who is constantly moaning about things. Be happy, be bright, always smile and talk in a positive rather than negative way.
I have started approaching a date with a whole new form of attitude; instead of worrying and stressing about it I know look forward to them. This could well become the “real thing” - just think positively. Good luck.
